Liver and onions tonight

We used to have that every Wednesday night when I was young, because I had anemia. I always thought my Dad loved it because he used to rave about it. Only recently did I find out Dad used to stop and get a sammich on the way home so he wouldn't starve. What Daddy's don't do for the daughters to get them to eat Liver and Onions.

Does the FIL continue to improve?

Yes, we got him home yesterday evening. I pulled the night shift again and he had a rough night. Maybe slept half a hour at the longest before he'd wake and need an ice chip or was confused about where he was.
We've started the feedings through his feeding tube and have begun taking the water out of his chest cavity (congestive heart failure issue) so hopefully he will start improving quickly now.
