Probably just checking it over real good. Plus maybe they got delayed getting started. But as new as your car is, I wouldn't think they'd find much wrong. Should go pretty quick.

I was the first one in the door, not sure how they got delayed... its just annoying. but its cheaper than I can just buy the oil & filter for so I can deal with it

Which is impressive IMO since it has a cover under then entire front half of the car. It also takes some stupid hex type tool which few places have to get the oil filter compartment off.... it's a drop in filter.

Well if you were first in the door they should of gotten right to it. Maybe the tech had to take his morning :poop: before getting to it or something? :dunno:

I will agree with using gloves for doing oil changes on hot engines. I used rubber gloves all the time when I was working at a dealer. In the winter if I didn't use them my hands would be super dry, cracked and bleeding by the end of one day.

I love the old Broncos. I've had 2 v8s. I miss one of them.. The other can rot in hell.

I had an '87 with an inline 6 (300 cu in) that ran very very reliably. And I also had a '91 with with a 351... I miss them both. Surprisingly they both got the same mileage, right around 10 mpg
