no I have a piece of custom .gov control software I need to use and there it doesn't work so the programmer will have it fixed and a new version to me in the hour.

That's what gloves are for... I've done that before on a hot engine. besides, it would take at least an hour for the oil to cool

Probably just checking it over real good. Plus maybe they got delayed getting started. But as new as your car is, I wouldn't think they'd find much wrong. Should go pretty quick.

I have an 04 Mazda 6 and the dealer usually gets the oil changes done in about 15-20 minutes.
