HI Harry. No, I couldn't do anything during my recovery. The recoil, even with a .22 would have put to much pressure on the incision. Heck, they put me together with glue, staples and stitches.

for us it the damn belt. he has to have it on at school and he always forgets it. I blew this morning.

I love the glue. That's how they did my c/s and it healed so nice. No stitches, no staples... just glue
