You mentioned your employees didn't check the radiator fluid level and the vehicle proceeded to overheat.

I then thought to myself I haven't done that in a while I need to do that when I get home. As I am driving home I notice the truck has no heat as I look down at the water temp gauge it's moving A LOT. So I get home and check the level and it is only about 3/4 a gallon low. so you saved my truck Thanks.
