I wonder if 7th stepper has ever written a post less than 500 words.

yep it's crazy. you can save people from a lot of things but not from themselves. suicide is the most selfish thing a person can do.

We had a young person at church kill himself. I can't imagine the baggage that left for his loved ones, the guilt, the what ifs and second guessing. Unfortunately, I think usually there is probably some mental illness involved. So you don't really know what demons they have been wrestling with.

I wonder if 7th stepper has ever written a post less than 500 words.

I wish I had the patience to write that well. I get irritated that it sometimes takes me more than two sentences to say what I want to say.

Well the one good thing about being up is I watched Jake walk off top shot! what a whiny cry baby, he just left rather than face an elimination!

I was sleeping so good and the hubby woke me up this morning at 5:30

so I get up and sit on the sofa to watch the news, doze off... he comes up out of the basement and WAKES ME UP AGAIN!!!!


I don't get it, if his eyes are closed I go the other direction and leave him alone

Ugh.. The "Mrs." and I kept waking eachother up last night. It's like we traded every half hour. Soooo sleepy.

on a good note, I did sleep almost 6 hours last night!!

Maybe I can call and cancel my doc appt. it seems my body has figured out it can't do 4 hours of sleep a night.

I'd keep the appointment, that way you're ready for when it happens again.

Why would you go to the doctor? That's where the sick people are. I havent' been to a doctor in 4.5 years. lol

ETA: Except when I have to get a physical for work.
