You have nothing to be ashamed of MrsG, your doing really well. I didn't think you were overweight the last time I saw you.

I was just starting the downward spiral when I saw you. It hit full force when Mom died and the shop closed. 2 big events in my life and I took to long to ask for help.
Finally at a place I can even talk about it. I kept it to myself and tried to deal alone. It didn't work

Well, you should be commended for recognizing the issues and taking steps to correct it. I am constantly amazed at the number of people our age who have let them selves go. The wife tells me stories often of people our age that she sees at the assisted living places that she works. Just because your 45- 50ish and over, doesn't mean that you can't be healthy.

Wow, that's a long time. Why are they waiting a year??

planning. my youngest is having a fit she doesn't have enough time to plan it all. it's hilarious, she has taken on roll of wedding planner and is keeping her sister to "we have to have this on this date"
but that is a good thing, my oldest is a bit of a procrastinator

Cool, sounds like a good system. Never hurts to have someone behind you to remind her of what needs accomplished.
