    Way Up North!!
Myself and the founder of IMAGC have a meeting with Dan Coatss' aide on Friday morning.. I am trying to find all the info I need on Universal Background checks etc for when we go in... wish there was a pulling hair out smiley

Ask him why is it that people that are rejected on the current background check get turned down and they are not prosecuted for felon trying to buy a gun ?? I don't remember how many were turned down last year but it was a good amount! and I do know that not one was prosecuted or violated on their parole! :D

exactly. It is a good point to bring up. Also the mental illness aspect, it is against HIPPA regulations to let this information out, yet it is one they are screaming about.
So many thing, so many stats :runaway:

HandK is correct. Enforce current laws, don't create new ones to be ignored!!

I need info on the UBC that Indiana used to have and why we did away with it.

Info on the Background check period. That is what is being voted on soon and we need to stick to that one now since Coats and Donnelly have changed their minds (or were intending this from the beginning, just not saying it) and are now going to vote for it.

Did you contact Kirk Freeman? I think I read somewhere where he was involved in getting that repealed.
