Actually our insurance didnt go up and might even go down. The company allotted 9 million for claims but we only used 4 million last year.

    ours went up :(
We are self funded. last year our company opened it's own health clinic, free to employees who have signed up for health insurance and a lot of the meds are also free. Free blood work, etc. It's really a good deal. You dont have to use it neither.

ya -damn tax's. They also changed the vacations around , use to be you got a check at the begining of the year for your vacation time - if you worked your vacation so be it -cause it was money earned from being here (benifit) this year you only get the money if you take a day off

We are trying to push to get paid for vacation if you dont take it. But thats never going to happen. People like me who get 5 weeks a year would only take a week and get take the money for 4 weeks. :D

    Good to hear.
    If you go drive safe.
    always db

I'm a northern girl.. I know how to drive...
slow down for the conditions, bridges freeze over first. Slow down earlier on ice to keep from sliding, allow extra room between you and the car in front of you
