    but it won't matter if we have one kid or 5 the insurance costs the same once you go to the "family" plan instead the the "employee+spouse" plan.

    I dont know about all that - if they put the part in ware the company pays for insurance or a fine - and the company finds out paying the fine is cheaper ,we'll all be up :poop: creek
    I don't know about your company but a lot of companies, I know of Mcdonalds, Microsoft, and the big three auto manufactures, are exempt from that part of the law. At least that was the big to do when they were debating the law.
