I would say that you should cancel you appt with a friend and visit the urgent care! But when I said that yesterday MrsG yelled at me, so I won't.

how about I visit urgent care after I meet with her.

last night was bad enough I have to do something.. not sure why I felt fine all day then come night I felt like I was dying

I have 6 more weeks of workouts then a week to complete all the fitness evaluations so that they can tell me how far I have progressed.
