    Camping trip mini AAR:

Day one - Took way too long to get all the stuff ready and packed. 2 hour drive to get there, rained the entire way. Rain stopped just long enough to set up camp (BONUS!). Went to town for dinner. Started pouring down again and drenched us while getting the last of our stuff to the tent. Then it rained all night. Never really got dried out because the humidity was so high but no water in the tent.

Day two - Awesome day. Beautiful weather all day. Spam, eggs, cinnamon rolls and coffee for breakfast at camp. Rested a bit after breakfast, then went hiking for about an hour and half. Came back to camp for a simple lunch of ham & cheese. Then went hiking again for about 4 or 5 hours. Back to camp for a steak and potato dinner. Great day overall. Just wishing for a break from the humidity. Rained a little overnight but not bad. Watched a few DVDs.

Day three - Bacon and eggs and more cinnamon rolls with coffee for breakfast. Spent the next few hours breaking camp. Got cleaned up and went to town to do some shopping. Chinese for lunch in town. Started pouring down rain again. Headed home still in the rain. Kept raining till we were nearly home. Enjoyed the trip but feels good to be home. Got most of the gear put away. Be ready to really relax in a little while.
