In Indiana, you can carry while drinking or serving.

Nope, different amendment.

4 = the right to deny an illegal search and seizure.

2 = the right to bear arms.

I can carry, but if an alcohol agent comes to inspect the building, they have the "right" to search me even if I decline if I am "on the clock."

I may need another 10/22 for an Appleseed on Labor Day weekend for a 11 or 12 year old. I'm taking two boys to an Appleseed and as of right now I have only 2 rifles. I'm waiting to hear from the shoot boss if there will be a loaner available. If not anyone have a 10/22 they would borrow out?
