I had a fuel line break in about 1995 on an 86 Dodge Lancer that my wife bought brand new. Something broke and it was dripping fuel onto the turbocharger.
Fortunately it was in my driveway and I put the fire out with a garden hose, but they totaled the car.

I think i lost about 1/8 - 1/4 tank on the side of I69...

I've used the outside of a mechanical pencil as a make-shift fuel line to get me home once so that I could replace it with a real filter that wasn't plugged solid.

I had a bunch of screws & springs left over from my AR build, maybe I'll put those in the Pay it Forward.

Seriously, I'm pretty proud of myself. Took the AR out to the range to check a new brand of ammo and just spur of the moment put a whole mag from my MP9 downrange. Put every round into a piece of white posterboard at 100 meters.

probably not if it was retread. Pot hole would be a maybe.
