I work 12 hrs a day. Up untill Jan 1 2012 it use to be 6 days a week ,now we have a new plant manager and he wants to only work 5 days a week ---so far its been a hit and miss . Some weeks work out good at 5 and some dont ,so we end up working 6 days. I have been doing this for 18 years and am tired of it . Would like to cut back ,but dont see it happening. Dont get me wrong -glad as hell to have a job ,just tired of the hours.
