I'm rolling my eyes at a "WOW" pin. Is that like a trophy? All I want is a sincere "thank you, we appreciate it".

you have to do something really super to get one

every summer, those who received a "WOW" pin are invited to an event, only for them, Indians baseball game last year, this year it's some plaything, laser tag, baseball, pool, etc. They have been doing this for 3 years now and I have never once received one. I don't want one. I do my job because it's what is expected of me. If I do a good job, I keep customers coming in, customers keep coming in, I get to keep my job. win-win

It's very rare for us to reach 90.Only one day or two every few years during heat waves.

When I was in Indy I didn't know the air could get that hot without stepping into a oven.

Vanilla ice cream with root beer. It is quite good...refreshing.
