    I don't know why, but the mildew/moss/fungus on the north side of the house was much harder to remove than last time 2 or 3 years ago. I had to wet everything good with a soap-bleach cleaner, then scrub it all with a stiff brush...

    Last time my wet circular brush on a 6' pole cleaned it right off......No idea why it was harder...
    Because you had to have it done today "for tree fiddy Alex"?
