I like to eat at 6:00 usually, but when wife works one of their Indy campuses it's often 8:00 before she gets home....

You don't have to eat a lot.I eat often but not a lot each time.
It's more like snacks than 3 or 4 course meals.

That's about my cut off time for meals, it seemed like teh older I become the less tolerance I have for eating late.

Now I just do my drinking late.

Had a roasted chicken from Walmart deli along with some leftover mashed taters and some veggies.

My son likes those store roast chickens, we try to have one here for him when he visits.

That's about my cut off time for meals, it seemed like teh older I become the less tolerance I have for eating late.

Now I just do my drinking late.

If I eat too much of certain kinds of food too late, I have the same problem. If its greasy or spicy, I can't do it too late or there will be consequences.
