We have a few that need to be replaced with better neighbors. I was told that the guy that lives next to his mess is interested in buying the house if he gets the opportunity. His place is the best kept neighbor in that section of our road so I'd love to see him get it.

Just do tasks where you don't need it, like being on INGO and such.
