    If any one is interested, here is the boat I am working on. Big hole in the bottom of a 96 Nautique.

    The hole in the bottom. the little holes are from a piece of plywood we screwed on to keep it from filling with water.

    Here is the floor on the inside of the boat, carpet removed, before cutting.

    There is still a lot of work to do. I have refab the floor the I cut out and refab a divider that goes between the floor and the inner hull.

    Ouch.

    Watched a guy launching a Mastercraft on a ramp when the front tie rope snapped. Boat shot off the trailer and plopped on the ramp. After some cursing and laughing a group of us ramp bums helped him get it back on the trailer and he went home.

    bet the fins where bent, rudder and shaft too.

    The fins in the middle of the boat were bent over sideways and loose, the rudder and propeller were also both bent. Looked expensive. The owners buddy was backing it down the when he noticed the rope giving way, when he screamed stop, the rope snapped and off the boat came.
