I seriously hate joggers/cyclists that roam the 2 lane country roads. They take up an entire lane as you have to drive around them.
Find an area to jog that does not disrupt traffic.
When I used to run every morning I found a levy that was part of the Eagle creek flood system and I could run on it for miles with out disrupting a sole.

I have no issues with owning a bike. It is how most are used. If you are an adult and commuting on the thing it should be plated/insured to run the streets and disrupt traffic.

we had a group of about 8 that would cycle by the house every weekend during the summer. They wouldn't move out of the way cars. When I saw them coming I'd step out back do some shooting. They'd pick up the pace. One day the timing was perfect. I shot some Tannerite just as they passed. Didn't see them for the rest of the summer. The cops did show up about 20 minutes later though.
