we was out one weekend. Hubby and son couldn't play video games, super bowl was less than 2 hrs away and the cable and internet were still spotting in and out. Hubby politely told them that we are paying for a service and we aren't getting that service. Asked the lady on the phone "what are we going to do about it?"

$20 credit for the weekend. Not much, but hey, they tried.
