I found a CZ Evo for sale locally, with a stock, but it's 1860 USD.Is that a lot compared to US price ?

MSRP here is $849. They were just released two weeks ago, and they're selling for $1k + on gunbroker. They will settle down to around low 700 hundreds pretty quick.

What would the process be if you wanted to buy it? Just curious, dunno much about French gun laws

It depends if you already have a shooting licence or not.
If you dont have one it can be very long for you to get one, if you do it can be just long to get the paperwork to get the gun.

It's pretty much like getting NFA stuff in the us I guess.
But for this model you wouldn't need any more paperwork to buy a stock or silencer, they are sold online as accesories.

Yes and yes! I can't put a foregrip on it until I get a stamp for it though. Our laws are so stupid.

I saw some guys talk about how nobody can own guns in France, in the political section, right after the recent attacks in Paris.
Civilians can own this CZ with a stock, a silencer and 30 rds mags.

I even had pistol shooting classes in college.

Just a 4473 and a NICS check. The mags are cheap, about 20 bucks, compared to almost a hundred for the HK.

pull the pin just before the zombies overrun you location.
