The spousal unit is pushing me that way. The food is OK. We eat a lot more fish and baked chicken now. Salads when the ingredients are fresh and available.
Now and then I just gotta have a cheese burger. Breakfast is my enemy.

Eat a cheese burger then, but have a salad on the side instead of fries or mashed taters.

Breakfast foods are tough for me too, I don't really eat much at breakfast time, but I love breakfast food. There are healthier breakfast sammich options at Sam's, again, they aren't as good as the real thing...but they are better than a cereal bar or something.
