...I never do...

no it is not. We have people that buy lottery tickets strictly from us. When they win, we win.

One guy hit for $100 on a $10 scratch off. He gave me $10.
Another guy comes in and buys the same thing everyday, always gives anywhere from $5-$9. He gave me $5 today

and technically, we are not allowed to accept any of it. Our boss turns a blind eye because some of these folks would be offended if we didn't take it, and some are superstitious that way

I did get a few gifts of money and material things over the holidays. You have regular people on a daily basis. I like to get to know people. It goes a long way in making someone feel welcome.

When I worked in the warehouse at a furniture store I loaded customers furniture in their vehicle for them...one lady gave me a case of Bud Light Lime...I couldn't bring it in the store so I remote unlocked my car and she just put it in there for me. Lol

I had a square donut for breakfast this morning. a subway club for lunch and jalapeno pretzel bites for a snack


yesterday was Subway's buy a 6" and a 32oz fountain drink and get a free 6" sub. I bought the deal and ate the second one today

I only use Ricker's, but apparently I've never looked at their donuts!
