I was wondering if he had heard anything on any of the interviews. I was going to ask a few days ago and then got sidetracked and forgot. This is excellent news!!

he got a phone call from another company later this afternoon. Going to call them back tomorrow. Right now he says he is trying to get something that he believes will be long term. that's why Allison's is so important.

Not sure what his problem was. I believe that people here put up with this crap. They just ignore them and walk away. I will not.

I haven't got in a physical altercation, but I did mock a stupid guy in Kroger yesterday. A loud-mouthed moron was rudely whining to the produce girl about bell pepper prices. He got her attention by yelling, "Hey you!" Then, he asked why did "they" have to gouge him for colored peppers. All bell peppers should cost the same.


I could tell the girl felt uncomfortable around this lunatic. I was standing over by the apples and yelled, "Miss, could you please explain to me why the red apples and green apples are different prices?" She very quickly caught on to what I was doing and replied in a sarcastic manner, "It's because they're different types of apples." I sarcastically said, "Oh you mean that some plants come in numerous varieties? I would have never guessed that by seeing that they don't look the same. Thanks for all your help in resolving this pressing issue." We then both laughed. By this time the rude man was pissed and stormed off mumbling under his breath.

I was on the top floor of the parking facility today. Group of butt-heads crowded around the door to the elevator. I walked up and got the "Glare" from the Alpha I guess.
I said "Excuse me please"
He told me to ****-off.
I kicked him in the nuts.
It got a bit serious for a moment but the security staff was quick to arrive and escort them out of the building. Cameras are everywhere.

I will no longer suffer to their idiocy.

Dam!!! Glad it turn out well. I know the feeling of "had enough" I had a incident in a grocery store about 10 years ago that almost got that bad. I was ready to open a can of whoop ass when the wife and security stopped me. I don't get some people.

Have some possible good news


Hubby went in for step 2 of a 3 step interview process for Allison's here in Indianapolis yesterday.

At the end of the testing/interview he was told it would be about a week before he would hear anything.

He got up this morning and had an email to set up step 3 of the interview process.

Step 3 basically means you'd have to be a ****ing idiot to not get a job as long as you can pass a drug test.

He goes in for step 3 on January 8th.

I almost cried when he sent me the text to tell me this!!

prayers that this is it. He's positive it is.

If he gets on at the Ameriplex plant my BIL is in charge of some of the process out there and I have many friends there as well. I stopped putting in good words for folks a long time ago for many reasons but if he gets in let me know. I was invited to join the maint. staff there when I retired.

I'm to old to be rolling in the dirt with some punk. I always try to ignore stupid people. Age has given me patience. But I will never let anyone get in my face and threaten me. As the song says, I may not be as good as I once was, but I'm as good once as I ever was!!
