The ribeye I've been marinating for 2 days won't.

Gordon Food Service has their premium St.Louis on sale right now, 28.98 for 5-2lb slabs, think I'm gonna buy a box for Sunday. Rub them down cook them low and slow for the first 2 hours them start dosing them with some Famous Dave's BBQ sauce for the last hour.

Try to have them done to eat about 1 hour into the Indy 500 so I can feast and listen in!
