Yep! and they will smooth out your action to the fullest extent! I put KIDD bolts in both of my builds and other than the auto bolt release and extended mag release it was the best mod I did.
this is one of the builds I did. it now belongs to KingRat.

and this is the one I still have.

adds up damn quick doesnt it
you can buy a KIDD barreled action and boyds stock and keep it under or rite around a grand. I built mine over time so I didnt feel like I spent over a grand on a .22lr
