water is very filling and also flushes out the bad thingsI like the cliff protein bars. Then I drink around a liter of water over the course of an hour so I get that full feeling.
ok, let me rephrase. it's not my "trick" that is what I do for breakfast most every morning because it is quick and easy. Just like pop tarts.I don't want a trick. I've tried tricks before. I want a lifestyle change that is sustainable.

it's actually a snack bar but I use it for breakfast now and then
that's what I am allowing myself.. even after exercise I won't eat more.. can't get rid of it if I add moreoh, and I am trying to keep it around 1400 calories a day. Until I get my endurance back up on my bike then I will go up to 2000.
oh the places I could go with thisall the special K ones just seem too small me. I know it is Psychological but they are just so small.
