There is just this one lady, who stays here semi-frequently, who seems to always FIND something to complain about and is a TOTAL b****. The other day she got mad at US because HER COMPANY made her reservation for the incorrect amount of days.

Of course, today she is the ONLY one in the hotel complaining that there is no hot water, yet it can't possibly be operator error.

Wow! Well I have a sister that gets to do stuff that I was yelled at for doing at her age. Then she came home at who knows what time and decided to throw her dark clothes in the washer. Not looking first to see my sons white swim trunks that I had just bleached. All I have to say is I am not sorry if she gets a bleach stain on something.

soon as the hubby gets up today we finish packing the shop up so it will be empty tonight. Sad yet glad that it is all over.

Man, I suck at this calorie counting thing. I've had breakfast and I'm almost half way through my daily allotment. I guess I didn't realize that poptarts are SO bad for you. 420 Calories in a 2pack!

I won't be eating those again for a very long time.

That part is just funny. Did you provide her instructions? How could she possibly know how to get hot water with proper instruction.

You are doing better then me I cannot work with the general public I would probably kill someone like that about the third time they complained.
