Well, we had some people working 12 hour shifts. 7a to 7p, and 7p to 7a.

Other places have you on a shift forever. But if you're on midnights, who covers the weekends?

Same way a service company or truck driver does it. Your week starts on Wednesday and off shift Sunday. Other people work to fill the other slots. Been doing that for a while. It works. and everything is covered.
No knock on your world Amigo. I have known Lotsa folks that worked swing shifts. I did it for a bit. Just enough to know **** that ****.

The funny thing, the first two weeks I was up in the day, slept at night.
Started to think it would be no big deal.

And now it's 2 weeks I've slept during the day.

Getting close to breakfast fixing time. Got out stuff to make scrambled eggs with leftover ham steak and scalloped potatoes, but then I remembered I was going to make B&G, so I'll save the ham and taters for lunch.
