I'm going with something a little different today. Scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon and an English muffin with butter and strawberry preserves. Probably make scrambled eggs and a waffle for the granddaughter when she gets up. The other granddaughter went home last night.

I could kind of smell the bacon cooking. Not even close to 100%, but better than yesterday.

I would hate not smelling my coffee and bacon...

Morning INGO. Not sure about breakfast. Coffee for me for sure. Yesterday was toasted french bread with margarine and HEB plum spread, grapes, and strawberries.

I'm not happy about it, but at least there is an improvement over yesterday. I put dried hot peppers in my scrambled eggs to boost the taste a little.

It's starting to look like we may get a little more snow than a dusting. I just hope the roads are all clear when it comes time to take the granddaughter home this afternoon. There's one hill and a curve up by their house that wouldn't be good if it were to be slick.

It doesn't look like a plow has been down my road yet. Once it is done snowing I will get the snowblower out.
