    I worked with a guy from Louisiana for a while. Used to call him Crazy Cajun. He definitely had a good sense of humor... or maybe he was just crazy in disguise. Couldnt tell ya either way but always fun to work with.

    Ah guar-on-tee! :): I used to watch Emeril a lot too back in the day.
    Emeril was good in the old days.
    How about Jeff Smith, the Frugal Gourmet? We really enjoyed him and I bought his cook books. I really credit him with getting me to enjoy cooking. Then it came out he was a pedo after he died.

    I think I watched Smith a few times. Do you remember the British guy? Can't remember his name... went by The Galloping Gourmet.

    I remember watching the frugal gourmet as a kid. I think he came on after I got home from school.
