This would not have even started if her mother would correct her which looks like she hasn't done in years.

If I had done this in a store or anywhere at that age which im guessing a teen. My mother would have mopped the floor with me.
Then dad when he got home from work.

If I acted like this now in the presence of my mother she'd probably slap me, and tell me to shut up, and be respectful.

I used to sell jewelry and hand-decorated baseball caps at craft fairs. Many times I had kids just pick up my baseball caps and throw them on the ground. Sometimes they would just go down the length of the table throwing them off. I would watch the parents closely, and most of the time they either were oblivious, or they saw and did nothing. If I politely asked the child not to throw the hats on the ground, I would get from the parents "Don't talk to my child! If anyone talks to them, it should be me!" At which time they went back to doing nothing.

…never taught her daughter the key phrases:

“I can’t breath”
“Don’t taze me bro”
“Racist, racist, racist”

Amazing how many police officers she knows by name.

At least mom remained calm and civil.
