I may have to make some more pound cake. That does go over pretty well for breakfast! For some reason I was thinking one flat plus the free ones, but it was two flats plus free ones. For every four quarts bought, they gave one free and I got a free one for sharing their facebook status. I'll have to do at least a couple of batches of jam and can freeze a bunch. I love eating them year round but I still have some in the freezer from last year to use up. Freezer cleanout is going to be necessary I think.

If only you guys lived closer. I would share!

Just plain strawberries or the jam? I tried making a recipe that used strawberries, sugar and vodka and it is awful. I have a gallon of that and still haven't figured out what to do with it. I am thinking I need to blenderize it with some sprite and some fruit or something.

I have various special clear liquid here. I think I still have twobig bottles of everclear from the last case we bought.
