The oatmeal is delicious. I put a bit more salt and some brown sugar in it. I do better if I eat a hearty breakfast, but most times I end up eating nothing or just a granola bar.

I can't eat breakfast. My stomach does NOT want food when I first wake up. Only coffee for me
