I am awake way to early.

Today is a long day of preparing for the bridal shower tomorrow and finishing up some stuff for the wedding. 5 weeks from today and my little girl is getting married.

it's getting tougher as it gets closer.

my baby is getting married. getting all emotional here. She's not a baby anymore. She has given me a beautiful granddaughter. She is a woman and I am so proud of her.

I got to color with sidewalk chalk last night and catch fireflies. and give the baby a bath. She loves her Grandma. She started to get upset when I left her last night.

His name is Samuel. Right now he is baby Sam. I am very much looking forward to it. I may (crossed fingers) even be able to take some vacation while they are here.

that'd be so great if you could.
Since I am part-time and I have only been working since Sept. I am very fortunate that the company I work for gives vacation hours according to time worked. I have 12 1/2 vac hours right now that I will be burning the last week of July for the wedding. that leaves me with 1 day not covered right now since I only work 6 hours a day.
