We went to a friend's son's wedding and it was very country. Straw bales for the guests to sit on. Girls wore cowboy boots and flannel shirts over their dresses. The guys in the wedding party wore blue jeans and had shot gun shell boutonnieres. The father of the bride walked her up to the "altar" with his gun in hand. It was all in fun, but it sure got some looks from some of the city relatives that were in attendance.
