    then you ain't my neighbor. They haven't mowed since I loaned them my mower over a month ago. I will not loan it to them again. Not a thank you or help paying for the gas they used.

    They were waiting for you to fill the tank back up so they can cut again. Then you get a "thanks". lol

    When I lived in Haughville, I had a neighbor borrow my mower, he hit a stump and busted the shaft and twisted the blade on it. Of course I wondered why he put my mower back after only cutting 2/3 his grass. Next week I went to start it and I was greeted by a bunch of clunking.

    2 weeks after I found it broken I get a letter in the mail for my grass.... His wife admitted they reported me.... Lovely neighbors.

    Nobody borrows my lawn gear no-mo......people who are not smart enough to buy the equipment are not smart enough to operate it.

    On some mowers they put a breakable piece on top of the crank shaft so it doesn't actualy bend the shaft itself. I've gotten 2 FREE almost brand new mowers this way In the past and a $10 part fixes it.
