My annoying neighbor is out on his bike again today. Highly customized Harley, all raked out, bagger, about a 30" front wheel, and LOUD. I don't know what he's doing, but he just likes to go full throttle right in front of our house (drowns out the tv even when we're inside), then comes right back. Over and over and over again. I think he's compensating for something.

There used to be some guy that would leave work from the factory across the road from us about midnight. It was really loud too, assume a HD.

We're 5 minutes from an interstate entrance. If he wants to rip it up, then he can get on the interstate and have at it. Wonder how he'd feel if I parked in his driveway and just layed on the horn. Then left, came back 5 minutes later, layed on the horn again, etc.. I think it's just really inconsiderate.

Sounds like the start of a good plan to me
