the back seat has lots of life left in it. Probably 3 times nicer than mine, i could live with the passenger seat and use the driver until i can order a new cover or a brand new seat. Those suckers are exapensive in A1 condition. Im gonna watch it for a few days and shoot him an email. Who knows maybe i can get em for a song and dance

That is about all that is good on that one. Maybe some dash pieces.

Getting ready to install the freshened engine in the engine bay of the Cougar XR7-G. I also got correct front coil springs and the associated hardware.

It is an S code 390.

I also still need to rebuild the carb and refurb the A/C compressor.

I worked in a parts store many moons ago and we had a pair of gumball machines on a common pedestal. One of the machines was missing the little chrome flapper door that keeps the gumballs from falling out when you turn the know. One morning we came in and there was a fat dead mouse inside the one machine with the missing door! Needless to say we got rid of the machine.

This is the 12 bolt for my Impala. My son and I cut it out of the car it was in at the salvage yard. The car was on a front loader.
This is about the only way my old butt works on these anymore.

I'm not all that old, but I admit I prefer having it on a lift. I am lucky in that when I work on stuff at home like the racecar, dad is awesome at being the gofer so my uncle I don't have to keep getting up to chase tools, parts etc. We raise it up pretty high on stands but having the extra hands is a huge help.
