That and the weight difference may make the handling go all to hell. Not sure what the difference is, but it may just be a straight line machine. Depends on how you plan to use it.The only thing I worry about the Mustang is, almost everything on it is custom. If anything goes wrong, that’s a big oof. Can’t just go down to autozone for a big block swapped new edge.

I don't think I'd be TOO worried about that; the essentials are all basic stuff. Besides it'd be entertaining to tell Joe parts computer guy that "yes it DOES have a 557" engine in it despite what your computer says".The only thing I worry about the Mustang is, almost everything on it is custom. The mustang the Pontiac is a Nova wanna be.
Personally never been a big Nova fan after they stopped selling the square bodies but for some reason I like the Ventura's. As stated above I'd end up spending another 10k on it to make it mine.Cooler than a Nova though

Yeah if it checks out in person would not let that one pass on by.
I say try for $15k or less?
One of the fastest "stock" cars I've ever driven was a 340 Duster mildly cammed and badgered.
Yeah good looking cars but I always liked the look of them with just a little bit of rake. I think the front end of that one needs @ 2" of drop in the front to give it a proper stance.
So????????????I’m gonna take some cash down on Monday and see what happens. Definitely not paying anywhere near his asking price.
So????????????
