15yrs ago the Nittos were pretty much the go to radial tire. From what I've seen at the track, they just aren't as widely used right now as the M/T or Hoosiers. What Nittos were they? I have been considering the NT555R2s because they are $50-$100 cheaper a tire compared to the M/T and Hoosiers.
Don't you already have a slow daily?Truck is gone. So I am buying an accent for $1500. I think I’m stupid or something.
Daily/racecar. It's too good at being a car that doesn't suck to drive. Looking for an LC accent with the DOHC Alpha. 2250bs 106hp to be my new Sundae Cup car and leave the Rio to be the well appointed comfy daily with bluetooth, nav and power all the things.Don't you already have a slow daily?

Sorry....there's some history there for me. Honda "X" has always been "the car to have" for what seems like every class of racing I've done. I don't like hondas. I like torque. I like being different and having fun. Its why I keep doing dumb things in Korean cars. They aren't supposed to be there doing that and yet here they are.
That's a heck of a burnout!

Obviously she likes to make the hydes scream for mercy. I dig that, but for what it's worth M/T tires don't need that much heat. Generally speaking they recommend a smaller burnout on a radial tire vs a slick. That there is actually a bit excessive even for most slicks. Not that it's really a bad thing, I absolutely dig a big smokey burnout properly executed. Just know overheating the tire will cause the tires to become harder and lead to less traction prematurely. Otherwise that's a fantastic burnout and that gets the fans in the stands looking
I swear you people hate me.Get a miata with a rotary
I work with a guy that has a very healthy miata with a rotary. I was actually shocked how fast that little thing is. The tone of the engine at full song isn't my thing but I would gladly try ripping up a road course with itI swear you people hate me.
Yeah she is over the top on the burnout!Obviously she likes to make the hydes scream for mercy. I dig that, but for what it's worth M/T tires don't need that much heat. Good luck at Ford Fest. I went last year and had a blast. Unfortunately my car isn't ready and my dad can't make it this year so I will be missing out.Yeah she is over the top on the burnout!
The Super Stock needs to hit 3rd gear during the burnout. This is to protect the transmission if you let off before 3rd it can damage the sprang.
The M/T seem to put out a ton of smoke?
She is gonna race my GT 500 in the all female class at the Ford fest.
