Oofff. Those things have gotten salty.

I could have gotten an Amazon sourced knock off for $29 but I will pass. Those are usually 1 size fits many applications.
I wanted the exact piece for that engine. Life is simpler when you do this.

I let my brand new lawn more and 2 year old pressure sprayer sit way to long and they will not start. Spritze of starting fluid and they run till its gone so yes its the carbs. This fracking Bravo Sierra gas we get ruins everything.
I am selling all the yard equipment as I am no longer able to use any of it and my SIL does all the yard work with his equipment. I bought a new carb for the pressure washer sourced from Briggs. Just have to install it. I hope we can clean out the mower card.

Try and find a Marathon station that sells Rec gas. It's 90 Octane with NO ethanol. Some Speedway's have it too.

That's all I'll use in the small engines. I get it 5 gallons at a time, which would usually last me all year, put Seafoam in it and I have had zero issues.

BP has ethanol free 93 some places too. Most small engines work better with the lower octane/easier to burn gas.

I had the issue of long unused power equipment this year as well, my power washer clogged.
I simply removed the carb and cleaned the main jet and it starts right up.
Fix a push mower the same way, it had a piece of grass clipping stuck in the jet. Use a strand of wire from a multi-strand of 12ga wire to clear it. If you have a welder/torch, the small gas orifice cleaning rods might work too.
