I saw a 275/50-15, which was my goal. Didn’t see any major hackery to get it in. That red big-block car I sent you had 255’s, which I’m sure is adequate for my power level.

I believe if you measure up a set of Chev. Rally wheels you will have what you need. I have a set somewhere.

I made it. 2,820 miles... Time for some rest, I’ll update you guys tomorrow, lots of stuff to process and pictures to sort. I will leave you with the most important shot though... Myself, CP and my cousin. None of this would have happened if that man in the middle wouldn’t have donated his engine and made his car a roller.

Some more suspension/brake porn. I had ordered my brake components from Kore 3 several years ago. It utilizes C5 brakes and 12" rotors which I chose because I didn't want to HAVE to go to an 18" wheel. Now that I've been trial fitting everything I'm going to go ahead and use 18's so I could have gone to a 13" rotor (Insert Tim Allen grunts here) but I think for what I'm doing with it the 12's will be plenty.

Here's a shot with a C5 rear tire/wheel on it. This combo has too much rear spacing at ~7 1/2" but I think 5 to 6 will be just about right, I've ordered some spacers from Amazon last night around midnight and they should be here in a couple of hours. These aren't the wheels I'll be using, they are just to help me check clearances before I order the wheels I'm going to use.

Yeah its a cool concept and I give credit to nice craftsmanship and it took tons of skill. But...why? How much did it cost?
