Being liberally minded means keeping an open mind.
Ummm, maybe years ago.
I have a hard time believing it now.



I’ve done my best to ensure my work does not become fodder for right-wing hit pieces
Maybe just do the research, and ignore the 'side' it supports.
Why, some people on both sides will probably disagree with points.


“Better a live daughter than a dead son” that insists non-affirmed trans kids are likely to kill themselves
Except, those that transition seem to still have 'problems'.
Surgery doesn't seem to make a difference.


Therapists are not free to explore teens’ transgender self-diagnoses for fear of losing their licenses.
An example of politics driven 'science'.


Politically, the documentary film community is left of center. Very left. Over the last 10 years, I fit right in. I made films about women and children of diverse identities coping with sexual assault trauma, racism, homophobia and mental illness.
You'd be surprised.
Just because you're on the 'right' doesn't make you satan.

Student does an epic mike drop at a local school board meeting about academia being dividers and not uniters that are promoting liberal activism at the expense of white students over actual education. He talks about how they try to make white students feel uncomfortable about themselves like they have done something wrong by stepping on them in the name of pushing equality and how they make them feel like there will be repercussions if they speak about what's on their minds or even dare to ask questions.

It's about 5 mins long and its definitely worth the watch IMO. He's a very well-spoken young man that has the courage to stand up and speak about what's on his mind.
