You know, if this case even gets considered in a court, it has implications for abortion law. If the court acknowledges that a fetus is actually capable of giving consent, then the pro-choice/pro-abortion crowd would have to acknowledge that it is indeed a person and not just a mass of cells. I know that's totally ridiculous that he's even attempting to sue his parents, but half the left is insane anyway so...
