I grew up playing video games like Atari and NES. Even computer games in my adult years. While my kids were in diapers, I was even playing GTA IV and Crimson Skies and a generic racing game on the Xbox.

Then my son hit his teen years. Its like I'm my grandfather trying to play Combat! on the Atari 2600. I can still compete in racing games where the cars are comparable, but that's about it.

My goal is just to not look foolish in the game.

1. Sony CEO dismisses cross-play controversy, specifically with Fortnite.
2. Civilization VI has been announced for Nintendo Switch. Also FFXV Pocket Edition coming to Switch.
3. THQ Nordic bought the rights to Kingdoms of Amalur. (I'm excited about this. KoA was a great game that didn't get enough love)
4. Sony talks more about the future of PSVR, acknowledges shortcomings.
5. Someone re-created the Metal Gear Solid intro in Unreal engine.
6. Rockstar Games releasing character profiles of RDR2.
7. Henry Cavill confirmed as Geralt in Netflix "The Witcher" series (this will be garbage.)
8. Microsoft releasing a "grease proof" controller... (PR, limited run)

NBA 2K19 has some controversy following its release.

The copies that reviewers had were boosting the EXP gains, which affects the enjoyability/grind.

The version that release slashes those EXP rates... which is a big change to the game.

The people that play these sorts of games are particularly pissed about the misdirection.

Also apparently riddled with microtransactions and "pay-to-win" schemes.

Bf1 is $5 and the premium pass is free for it and Bf4 too! I already had it on PS4, but am a much better player on PC so picked up a second copy. I don't think i will be buying BFV. The beta had next to no fun stashed inside of it.
