Ya gotta see the purple, man!
Reminds me of my senior year in college. I had enough credits to graduate, but was missing just 1 required class for my major. I went to the Deans office and sat down with him to discuss my options and he wouldn’t waive the class. I told him I’m not coming back for a whole semester for just 1 class and there has to be something we can do.

He replied “Well if you don’t take this class, you will always be ignorant. You don’t want to be ignorant do you?” I looked him dead in the face and said “I don’t know.”

He didn’t see the purple either. Never even cracked a smile. I thought it was funny though.

Denny alert. That IS the original meaning of ignorant “lacking knowledge, information, or awareness about a particular thing.” it’s only in the last 20 or so yrs it’s meant um .. ya
"I can't argue with that, because I don't know what you're talking about!"

I had a fancy Jap made 8lb English style racer for a while. $13 at the church sale.

That sewer grate would definitely have caught me like a cow in a cattle guard at the fence gate.
Bikers welcome in the neighborhood, but no further than right here!
