Perhaps.......I am not returning to my normal work routine well.

That's why you have to stretch out before coming in after break.

I got in at 0418, threw a clipboard around the office a few times, ranted about the Drug War as I marched up and down the hallway, yelled at an associate for not being in at 0430 and then went on about a typo in a standard discovery motion for a solid 15.

My man, whether its during the holidays or not, you need to get away from time to time.

I'm not the best example of this as I have not taken a full week, that is, 7 days (or 5) in a row off since 2020, not even over the holidays. Even this year, I had a hearing and office day the middle of last week.

I got away in February 2012 . . . and then when I had Covid in January 2022, so twice in 10 years. Born to die in place, I'm good.
